Technical Background

    During a child's growth, balance bike serve as indispensable transitional tools, with their core function being the development of balance skills. However, traditional baby walker balanced bike have relatively simple functions, generally lacking self-powered lighting capabilities. They mainly rely on external decorations or passive reflective components for safety warnings, posing hidden dangers due to insufficient visibility during nighttime use, while also lacking fun and innovation.
 
    To address these issues, we have developed a self-powered illuminated balance bike. This balance bike not only retains the basic functions of traditional models but also achieves autonomous power supply for the vehicle lights through a unique self-power generation design, significantly enhancing the functionality and entertainment value of the balance bike.

Core Structure and Self Generator Wheel Principle

1. Overall Structure :The body of the balance bike is designed in a hollow and interconnected shape, facilitating internal wiring. The body is equipped with a connecting shaft, on which the wheels are rotatably mounted. An external power generation component is installed on the wheels, electrically connected to the lighting fixtures. This component generates electricity through the principle of electromagnetic induction, providing power for the balance bike's lights and achieving self-power generation.
 
2. External Power Generation Component :The external power generation component is one of the core parts of the balance bike, composed of a first magnetic ring and a first wire coil winding. The first magnetic ring is rotatably arranged on the outer side of the first wire coil winding. When the wheel rotates, the first magnetic ring cuts the magnetic field lines relative to the first wire coil winding, generating induced current. The current is transmitted to the lighting fixtures through wires. This power generation method cleverly utilizes the rotational energy of the wheels to achieve energy conversion and utilization.
 
3. Lighting Fixture System :The system includes a headlight, taillight, and body light strips, all powered by the external power generation component without the need for additional batteries, making it energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The lighting fixtures not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of the balance bike but also improve its visibility in low-light environments, enhancing safety.
 
4. Installation Wires and Wiring System :The balance bike also includes mounting parts connected to the connecting shaft for fixing the external power generation component. The mounting parts are pre-provided with wire slots where wires can be accommodated, preventing the wires from being exposed and improving the overall aesthetics and safety.
