The main body of the light effect lamp box adopts a detachable design and is composed of the first box body plate and the second box body plate. The assembly column of the first box body plate fits with the assembly hole of the second box body plate to ensure a stable combination of the two. In special cases, plastic ultrasonic fusion technology can also be used for reinforcement. This split structure is convenient for installing the light-emitting lamp components and can also protect the components during injection molding, thereby enhancing durability.

The Principle Of Power Generation And Light Emission
Based on this light effect lamp box, a brand-new light-emitting wheel has also been born. This new type of light-emitting wheel contains a hub, and the light effect lamp box is installed inside the hub. The light-emitting lamp assembly in the storage cavity consists of a power generation mechanism and a light-emitting lamp (LED lamp). The power generation mechanism employs existing technologies, including circuit boards, magnetic coils and induction coils. When the wheel rotates, the relative motion between the induction coil and the magnetic coil cuts the magnetic field lines, generating current and lighting up the light-emitting lamp.
